    Default ENSW to become Company

I received an email from ENSW announcing they were becoming a company, turnover etc to high to remain as they are. Attached was the draft of a new constitution for members to comment on. Here we go again?

Normally referred to as "Articles of Association".
As long as the ordinary members are shareholders and they have (and are able to exert) control over the directors.
    Take care.

No mention here on Fair Trading that once $2 million is reached, needing to change to company...

    Just different financial reporting required?

Smoke and mirrors- a not for proffit organisation puts any excess back into the organisation. ENSW a slippery slope to proffiting the directors . Beware the wolf in sheeps clothing.

It's OK if you disagree with me. I can't force you to be right !

Apparently this is all above board and has been a suggestion by Fair Trading as ENSW has become too large for their framework.

However, there are many questions members need to be asking in regard to the planned structure and the constitution. There are definitely some interesting points in the constitution. Has anyone had time to review this?

hasn't previous performance and the changes they made to ensure no state or members can "exert" any "control over the directors. " the website debacle, not even put out to tender, just handed to the spouse of a director as I recall? With \ millions lost for not even workable proved that beyond doubt
