I'm keen for buddies to join me in shedding the last few kgs. I'm going to start a facebook group and weigh in tomorrow morning. '

There are a couple of horsey girls doing it already, but I thought that there might be others on here with similar goals. :D

Don't forget to count me in :)

19-05-13, 08:54 PM

I can join in, I have to get back on the wagon. Lost a heap at the beginning of the year, but sliding back now. Would like to shift a few more.

I am trying to beat the blood sugar blues, and losing kilos will help me too...
But I decided today that when I threw away the meter... and ate grapes slice and crap... that craps best LOL
My blood sugar was lower that it has been for weeks..... and I only tested it once today at 6pm... It is quite possible my blood was frozen tho

I wont weigh in tho... Ill just keep trying to beat the blood sugar and I have to beat 6.4 as low score, and never head back to 17.4... and a banana did that to me.

Yes interested. Did a boot camp on Saturday and still aching... chased the mare today and pulled a calf.... Planning on HIIT training on the treadmill tomorrow....

Cobie... invite me ;)

Yep yep yep!!!! I have 7 weeks til my husbands graduation and I would like to shed a few kilos before then!!! My alarm is set for *gulp* 5.45 to take my dogs for a run before work. I dropped 15kgs last year, but have put some of it back on due to slackness!

Yup down 11 kgs since Xmas, set myself a goal for 15kgs this year & 15 next year. Revising this year to 20kgs seeing as I have done better than expected so far

Love that Edwina is our poster girl!

19-05-13, 11:29 PM
She's a gem. Australian woman, one of the top showjumpers in the world. Warms my heart. :D

According to the London Olympics site she's a tiny BMI 18.6, but I guess all athletes are in top condition for the Olympics :D and she's chic <3

21-05-13, 09:27 AM
I'm in :D (I'm impressed that the first diet tip photo is a bottle of wine.)

21-05-13, 09:32 AM
Any chance the page can be made more private? I don't need everyone to be able to see my fatness!!! Hahaha

21-05-13, 11:59 AM
That's why I haven't posted yet either Screwloose haha. Is there any chance of it being a group rather than a page?

21-05-13, 07:18 PM
Yeah no worries. I have no idea how to do it, but I'm sure google will help

I am going to make a page or whatever tonight. I just have to eat dinner while watching supersize vs superskinny then I'll invite you all over and we can speak openly about our pork bellies.

Just asked to join

22-05-13, 10:05 AM
I am in too... I just added a request, I should be obvious ha ha

Alas I have already been told the first thing I am losing is my boobs :(
rude men :(

Sugar kills me, and it is hidden in everything really.. fruit sugar seems to have a similar affect, grapes I can kill for :)
What seems to be working for me, ( added to medication and all the rest ) is MSM and apple cider vinegar, as I would tell everyone

but I have been researching ACV, again, and dam its the most pukeful stuff to swallow, and no matter how often I try it tastes no better, but I think the Dr weighed me in, then at hospital I was a few kilos lighter, and I keep making new holes in my belt, thats lost about 2 inches ( mind you it could lose another 10)

22-05-13, 11:08 AM
Request sent :)
