Just wondering where people get their apple cider vinegar in bulk from and how much they pay. Have found a place on the web, can you tell me how much you pay for 20litres and how much postage they charge?

SP, where do you buy your horse food from ? If it is from a produce store, then ask them to get a price for you and get it through them. There are 2 companies I know of who will freight it straight to your door, but it is very, very expensive doing it that way.

I pick it up locally in the Yarra Valley in Victoria, and 20 litres costs about $40.00.

Thanx Jomac that is about $30 cheaper than quoted via delivery. I will ask next time I go in. Cheers

Funny: I just happen to have an invoice in front of me:
Sykes Vet International
97/40 Popes Road, Keysborough 3173 (03-9701 5044)
20 litre in tap container $33.55 (incl. GST)
(Don't know about delivery - I am lucky, I work nearby and had it kindly dropped off there).

I buy the 'Mountain Maid' brand from the supermarket. I can get 750ml on special for around $1.50 and the usual price is around $2.00. I found it cheaper from the supermarket than to buy in bulk !!!

'Mountain Maid' is from Tasmania, 100% pure and not pasturised.

I buy it from the supermarket too. A brand called Cornwalls, in 2 litre containers, all pure etc. I did used to get it in bulk but with only a couple of horses, I didn't like the idea of it sitting around in the boiling summer for months, then feeding it. Now that it's winter I just haven't bothered to get it in bulk again.

I buy organic Cider vinegar from a local orchard - $60 for 20 litres (I am in NZ)

Hi, I get my apple cider vinegar from the apple orchard in Bacchus Marsh in Victoria. I take my own 20litre container which they fill up for me and it costs $22.00

How much do you guys feed each day? I read in one of Victoria Ferguson's articles that she recommends about 50ml. I was giving 100ml but then I have friends that feed heaps more. and what are the specific benefits? Thanks! :)
