"Silent night, holy night" Not with me around it wont be ;-)!
Have been a busy bee trying to decide what to get everyone for Christmas, would love to have got you all pressies but unfortunately the budget doesnt stretch that far :-( so here is what i got for some of my CH buddies, but these are pressies with a difference! you dont actually get to hold or cuddle them! as they will be sent on your behalf to a orphange owned by RH Bobbies parents in Bali, but knowing the joy these little critters will put on the face of a little kid will soften the blow, plus you still got me to cuddle :+

For Montego a horsey that looks like her own beloved Taz

For Miss RH herself A soft squishy cutie just like her own Bobbas!

And i couldnt forget the three "terrors"! Travers, Crisp and Tramp! Tramps is the blue one on the end, cause its tag says its name is Shennigans! and who else is better at sheenigans then our own Tramp :P

Have a merry christmas guys!

oh Pauper what a wonderful thought, I am sure those children will be delighted with them

Not that I class myself as one of the 3 terrors, there are more here that can fit that bill - I imagine myself to be the yellow one in the middle with the worn out legs, as thats a bit how i feel after hay carting in the heat on the weekend.

I hope you have a wonderful christmas too.

RH tell your Mum its was my pleasure! if anyone else would like to join in please feel free! cause kids can never have enough soft squishy toys :D and i think for some of these littlies it might be their first :-( !
Mac nah not generous at all, it actually helped me out! had a voucher and i couldnt decide what to get the family, Mum and Dad dont want anything! TD wants everything ;-) but cant decide what that everything should be! LOL. and the rest of the family are just real hard to buy for, so this way kids are happy, CH buddies are happy and i have a idea what to get the family Cheers Pauper

You gorgeous girl, and it does look just like my darling Tas!!
Every year I buy pressies for people that are really gifts for people in third world countries, like chooks or mosquito nets, and I always make sure one of the Brothers in Law gets a toilet! (to give). The gift comes from them (the rellies) to the people in the third world country. It didn't take them (the rellies) long to work it out, only about 3 chrissies.

Most of us in Oz have too much of everything anyway.

You are generous kind and thoughtful. And as for RH's parents - what can I say. I wish there was more of it.

Hi Pauper

That is so nice - you are a lovely lady. My Mum can make lovely teddy bears so if I can I will get her to make a couple or I will buy something so that they can be sent to RH Bobbie's Mum's orphanage in Bali.

Can you PM me an address to send toys to?

P.S. What about donating our chocolate??

Hey Pauper what a great Idea. If you can find a Red Cow then send that from me will you. Red Silk Tiffany looks like this.

But if you cant find a red on then a Black and White one will do. We have lots of Black and White cows called Tiffany.!

I try to take one day at a time -- but sometimes several days attack me at once.

This one is for Pauper:

'Twas the night before Christmas--Old Santa was pissed.
He cussed out the elves and threw down his list.
Miserable little brats, ungrateful little jerks.
I have a good mind to scrap the whole works!

I've busted my ass for damn near a year,
Instead of "Thanks Santa"--what do I hear?
The old lady bitches cause I work late at night.
The elves want more money--The reindeer all fight.

Rudolph got drunk and goosed all the maids.
Donner is pregnant and Vixen has AIDS.
And just when I thought that things would get better
Those assholes from the IRS sent me a letter,
They say I owe taxes--if that ain't damn funny
Who the hell ever sent Santa Claus any money?

And the kids these days--they all are the pits
They want the impossible--Those mean little shits
I spent a whole year making wagons and sleds
Assembling dolls...Their arms, legs and heads
I made a ton of yo yo's--No request for them,
They want computers and robots...they think - I'm IBM!

Flying through the air...dodging the trees
Falling down chimneys and skinning my knees
I'm quitting this job there's just no enjoyment
I'll sit on my fat ass and draw unemployment.

There's no Christmas this year now you know the reason,
I found me a blonde. I'm going SOUTH for the season

Oh shucks Pauper,
I didn't have a teddy when I was a kid, I had Jerry the Giraffe, and Moo Cow instead. I unpacked a box in the shed the other day, and there was Moo Cow starting to look her age at 30yo.

01-12-06, 07:06 AM
GG Vice thank you for that! its got me ROFLMAO will have to copy it and keep it in my special things folder :D

Oh poor Nicko, it wasnt until last year that i realised that i had never brought TD a teddy! she has heaps from other people but not from me! so on her 16th birthday she finally got given a Teddy bear from her mum! :P Dont worry about Moo cow he'll be okay! i still have my first teddy, is very smelly, his ear is falling off and he is due to be stitched up after a appendectimy! but other than that he's still good and hes alot older than your Moo cow ;-)

and yep they are cobwebs hanging of his arm! dont want to dust/wash hin incase he falls apart LOL.

another good christmas tale...

It was supposed to be a happy time, but it wasn't. Santa was really pissed.
It was Christmas Eve and NOTHING was going right. Mrs. Claus had burned all the Christmas cookies. The Elves were bitching about not getting paid for the overtime they had put in while making toys, and the reindeer had been drinking all afternoon and were dead drunk. They had taken the sleigh out for a spin earlier in the day and crashed it into a tree, breaking off one of the runners.

Santa was beside himself with anger. "I CAN'T believe it! I've got to deliver millions of presents all over the world in just a few hours from now and all my reindeer are drunk, my Elves are on strike and I don't even have a Christmas tree! I sent that stupid Little Angel out HOURS a go to find a tree and he isn't even back yet! What am I going to do?"

Just then the Little Angel opened the front door and stepped in from the snowy night, dragging a Christmas tree.
He says: "Yo, Santa, where do you want me to stick the Christmas Tree this year???"

And thus the tradition of Angels perched atop the Christmas trees came to pass. . . . .
