Time to come back to Cyberhorse from Facebook

I remember I spent a lot of time here on night shift. I'd come back from days off and I'd have to scroll through pages and pages of posts to catch up on what happened while I was away. It would be awesome to see it like that again

EI was in 2007 and I was firmly entrenched here then... every freaking night But I'll take any reason to party - ten year anniversary coming up.

I don't know how long it will last, but I intend to look in here morning and night when I check Facebook, just to be in a private place watering hole that's not filled with scam artists and fake profiles. I have my 'remember me' box ticked for easy access, and updated my password. It's probably a little amusing that a lot of met each other under forum names like MMC, reveleus, Anubis, and others - the sort of names that would have you thinking 'fake, fake, fake' on Facebook - and then learned the real names on fb and discovered that friendships formed here worked well 'out there'.

Last night, in a fb pm, MMC suggested we should have a Cyberhorse get-together sometime for the SE Qld members, since there are a fair group of us. I think if more of the gang manage to find their way back, that's a ripper of an idea.

Ha...first password worked! :P The good old familiar forum! Isn't it fascinating that anonymity actually wasn't encouraging people to be keyboard warriors after all like we all thought. Facebook has proven that people are more than happy to be complete twats using their real name.

Hopefully we can resurrect some of the good old discussions and start some new ones.
